Goods accepted by the company (hereinafter called "the carrier")from the owner, consignor or shipper(hereinafter called "the customer") are subject to the following terms and conditions as mutually agreed:
All delivery times subject to weather, traffic conditions, human error and acts of god.
This carrier does not accept dangerous goods shipments
This carrier does not guarantee delivery times.
All original documents (no copies available) must be identified as such, at the time of order.
Liability of the carrier is $2.00 per pound ($4.41 per kg) to a maximum of $50.00.
No liability shall be recognized by the carrier for improper packaging or improper addressing or labeling of shipments.
No liability shall be recognized for perishable commodities such as but not limited to baked goods, food or flowers.
No liability shall be recognized by the carrier for shipments containing cash, or jewellery.
Fragile shipments must be declared as such, at the time of order placement and must be clearly marked "fragile" on the shipment. The rate for fragile goods will be 1.5 times the requested service rate.
Any claims must be made to the carrier in writing within 10 business days of the date of the delivery.
A service cancellation charge of equal value of the service ordered, if a delivery is not available for pick up or canceled while the carrier is en route.
Redirect charge is calculated by the distance between the original zone location and the new zone location.
Waiting time is calculated at $3.00 per 5 minutes for 10 minutes and over.
Weight charges are calculated at 10 cents per pound for 10 pounds and over
Customer notification of billing errors must be made within 30 days of the Statement date.
